As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue for Centrical.

ou will be responsible for both outbound and inbound lead generation activities targeting large enterprises. Your expertise in contact center operations, whether as an agent, seller, rep, advisor, or supervisor, will be invaluable in understanding and addressing the unique challenges and opportunities faced by our target customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential large enterprise clients.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to understand client needs and pain points.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our SaaS solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales cycle.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from large enterprises.
  • Qualify leads based on our ICP.
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Ensure all inquiries are tracked and followed up in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions on Salesforce.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in contact centers as an agent, seller, representative, advisor, or supervisor.
  • Previous experience in outbound and inbound lead generation or sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and articulate change management and digital transformation concepts.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed targets and achieve goals.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
