Centrical Named Best Employee Experience Innovation by the CX Awards 2025

NEW YORK, Jul. 10, 2025 — Centrical, the leading AI Performance Experience Platform for frontline teams, was named Best Employee Experience Innovation by the CX Awards. Presented by CX Today, the CX Awards are a global celebration of excellence in customer experience technology and innovation. 

The Employee Experience award honors impactful innovations that make life easier for those on the front lines of customer experience, whether they are service agents, sales representatives, or store associates. The award spotlights technologies employees rely on and wouldn’t want to work without.

A panel of 16 expert judges from respected industry research firms, including Constellation Research, IDC, and Opus Research, scored each entry. The judges evaluated vendors on their innovation, execution, and customer experience.
