Bristol, London, New York, Tel Aviv, 26 April 2023 – Centrical, the performance experience platform for frontline employees, and OVO Energy, the UK’s largest independent energy supplier, have received the Supplier Partnership Award at the 2023 Forum Awards Ceremony in Nottingham, UK. The award recognises the strength of the supplier and customer partnership, and collaboration in technology.
OVO has been a customer of Centrical since April 2022. Within one year, OVO launched the Centrical platform to thousands of zero-carbon living advisors, and now has plans to extend the platform to OVO’s Field Services later this year. In that time, Centrical has supported OVO’s transformation to a team-based target operating model while improving overall employee engagement (Peakon). OVO has also adopted the Centrical platform to further improve the effectiveness of one-to-one and one-to-many coaching, learning management system engagement and participation, and employee collaboration with their hybrid workforce.

Within the first month of going live, over 9,000 learning missions were completed, 9,500 individual achievement badges awards received and 723,000 points were awarded.
