The Solutions Consultant Team partners with Sales to promote and sell Centrical’s solutions, using a consultative approach to uncover customer needs, craft tailored demos, and lead game-changing technical discussions. What You’ll Be Doing 

 

  • Partnering with Sales Executives – Go beyond the pitch! Lead discovery sessions, build compelling demos, and run engaging workshops. 
  • Being the Tech Expert – Own the room as the go-to technical subject matter expert for the Sales team.   
  • Crafting Business Cases – Develop customer-specific proposals that drive decision-making 
  • Collaborating with Customers – Work side-by-side with customers to design innovative solutions that meet their unique needs. 
  • Handling RFPs/RFIs – Support the Sales team in responding to key requests. 
  • Refining the Pitch – Help shape sales messaging and identify the “Aha!” moments that close deals. 
  • Influencing Product & Marketing – Provide insights that shape Centrical’s roadmap and messaging. 

 

 

What Makes You a Great Fit? 

 

  • 5+ years of pre-sales experience selling to enterprise customers. 
  • SaaS/Software systems pro – You understand how to sell solutions, not just features. 
  •  Powerful communicator – You’re comfortable presenting to C-Level executives and customer stakeholders. 
  • ️ A flexible, adaptable team player – You thrive in fast-paced environments 
  • ️ Sales-savvy and strategic – You can identify what it takes to win a deal. 
  •  Willing to travel (up to 25%) to customer sites and our NYC HQ. 

 

Bonus Points If You Have 

  • SQL database experience – Extra tech cred! 
  • Fluency in Spanish – More languages more options! 
  • Experience in HR, Change Management, Performance, or Learning Solutions – You get the industry!
