Creative Content Creator, Visual Storytelling

We’re looking for a Creative Creator & Storyteller who sits at the intersection of storytelling, visual design, and generative AI. This is a hands-on individual contributor role — you’ll be the person who actually makes things: campaigns, social content, event visuals, sales enablement assets, videos, motion graphics, and more. 

 

Responsibilities, Visual Design & Storytelling 

  • Own the visual execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and sales enablement — from concept to final asset 
  • Translate Centrical’s platform story, customer outcomes, and market positioning into visual narratives that resonate with CX and transformation leaders, operations buyers, and enterprise decision-makers 
  • Art direct AI-generated visual content (video, motion graphics, animations, images) with a clear, intentional creative point of view 
  • Design across formats: social graphics, paid ads, landing pages, email, event materials, one-pagers, pitch decks, and more 
  • Collaborate closely with our broader design and content team and work cross-functionally with demand gen, content, and our CEO on flagship storytelling initiatives 
  • Maintain and evolve Centrical’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and quality across every touchpoint 

 

Requirements:

Must-Haves 

  • 4–7 years of experience in visual design, art direction, or creative content — ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech marketing environment 
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong craft: visual design, brand consistency, and storytelling across multiple formats and channels 
  • Demonstrated, hands-on fluency with generative AI creative tools built over the past 2+ years — with a portfolio that includes real AI-generated work across image, video, and/or motion. We will ask to see it. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma 
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or AI-native equivalents) 
  • Ability to move fast and manage multiple projects without losing quality or attention to detail 
  • Strong visual instincts: typography, color, composition, and layout — and the ability to art direct AI outputs with that same judgment 

Nice-to-Haves 

  • Familiarity with B2B enterprise audiences — particularly CX, contact center, or HR/workforce verticals 
  • Experience working alongside or collaborating with product or UX designers 
  • Comfort with social-first content: LinkedIn, short-form video, and emerging formats
