Centrical and Ocado Retail Ltd Win 2024 Partnership of The Year Award at The Forum Awards Ceremony

Manchester, London, New York, Tel Aviv, 23 April 2024  – Centrical, the performance experience platform for frontline employees, and Ocado Retail Ltd, the world’s largest dedicated online supermarket , have received 2024 Partnership of the Year Award at the 2024 Forum Awards Ceremony Manchester, UK. The award recognises the strength and value of partnerships and collaboration in technology.   

The Ocado and Centrical teams worked in very close partnership, even from before contracts were officially exchanged, and Ocado quickly became a design partner of Centrical from October 2022. During the design partner program, we worked closely together to understand key requirements of Ocado’s Quality program, and how Centrical could support the framework directly within Centrical, allowing Ocado to remove the use of another 3rd party platform. Centrical quickly became a one stop shop for all employee engagement, performance management, rewards and recognition, and quality management, for all levels of the Hub, allowing Mint to become an integral tool to the business.

Ocado had a sophisticated process, mostly about the structured interaction between employees and managers. We worked together to define that process, and then we created an AI-enabled technology that made this interaction more empathetic, growth-focused to the employee, automated to the manager, and consistent to the organization.”
