Manual QA team leader

  • Technically lead & mentor qualification engineers
  • Write tests documentation and execute manual test cases
  • Provide coaching and mentoring on quality assurance best practices to the team members
  • Managing and prioritizing tasks
  • Take an active part in influencing the design, UX & product requirements
  • Perform root cause analysis for bugs found, including analysis of performance and advanced troubleshooting
  • Interfacing with customer success department and external customers
  • Mentoring the team of QA Engineers and deriving test plans from detailed low-level Product and System requirement

 

Requirements

  • Relevant degree and\or certifications
  • 4+ years experience in QA
  • +2 years of experience in leading a QA team
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Deep understanding of QA testing methodologies (STP / STD / STR)
  • Experience with testing Web and Mobile application
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience in E2E testing and API
  • Team player with ability to work independently and self-learn
  • Fluence English
