We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs, reporting to Global VP HR, located in Raanana, Israel.


  • Work closely with the Managers and employees in the company
  • Lead recruiting efforts in Israel and other countries
  • Lead employee wellness and recreation activities
  • Support employee growth and development efforts
  • Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and practices
  • Take part in structuring compensation and benefit packages


  • 4+ years of prior experience in a similar role
  • 4+ years of experience is recruitment for customer facing roles
  • Experience in a dynamic technology startup
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Proactive nature
  • Fun to work with – a must!
  • Experience collaborating with all areas of business, sales, marketing, customer success functions up to C-leve
  • Excellent verbal and written English
