Event Marketing Coordinator

Centrical is looking for a collaborative, execution-oriented Events Manager to help design, plan, and execute events. This role will report into the Director, Global Field marketing and will work across internal teams including marketing, sales, and demand generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Director of Events with development and execution of event and field marketing strategy
  • Provide event coordination support to all events across the organization
  • Collaborate with larger demand generation and marketing team to ensure events achieve registration and attendance goals
  • Manage and establish various budgets for events
  • Maintain relationships with vendors
  • Manage reservations for in-person events and meetings, as well as track revenues and expenses for same

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience as event coordinator or field marketer
  • Experience with large in-person trade shows as well as virtual summits
  • Positive, creative, energetic attitude and initiative, with strong work ethic
  • Results and demand gen data-driven (pipeline oriented KPIs)
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with budgeting, media planning, sponsorships, and SEO/SEM
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to work out of NYC Headquarters 2-3 times per week
