Our UK Global Account Director will play a critical role in driving revenue, fostering loyalty, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue and close new sales opportunities within assigned accounts to drive revenue based on personal quota
  • Relationship Management: Developing strong and trusted relationships with key stakeholders including c-level executive within the client’s organization. This involves understanding their business goals, challenges, and needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Creating and executing a comprehensive account strategy that aligns with both the client’s objectives and Centrical’s business goals. This may involve identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and services.
  • Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact between the client and the organization. Effective communication involves active listening, addressing concerns, providing timely updates, and offering solutions to issues that arise.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying challenges or obstacles that the client is facing and collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions. This may involve coordinating efforts across different departments to ensure the client’s needs are met.
  • Negotiation: Navigating negotiations related to contracts, pricing, and terms of service. The Global Account Director must balance the client’s expectations with the organization’s capabilities and financial objectives.
  • Client Advocacy: Acting as an advocate for the client within Centrical. This includes representing the client’s interests, feedback, and requirements to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly assessing the performance of the account against agreed-upon metrics and KPIs. This helps in identifying areas of success and areas that require attention.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure a seamless experience for the client.
  • Market Insights: Staying updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the client.
  • Travel: Depending on the scope of the role and the geographic distribution of clients, the Global Account Director may need to travel to meet clients in person.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience in information technology market
  • Experience selling to BPOs and Contact Centers – a clear advantage.
  • Previous success in handling large accounts (Global 1000) over lengthy sales processes (6-18 months) in a fast-paced, consultative and growing market Expert in selling methodologies and selling processes
  • Experience Managing account of over $1M budget.
  • Executive level relationship selling experience
  • Experience selling both product and services business solutions in a tech start- up environment
